These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NoxBlanc mobile application (“the App”) and the website noxblanc.com (“the Website”), operated by NoxBlanc AG (“NoxBlanc”, “we”, “us”).
By creating an account or using the App or Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your Account
You need an account to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time in the App (Settings > Account > Delete Account) or at https://noxblanc.com/delete-account.
4. Permitted Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
– use the App or Website for any unlawful purpose;
– attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data;
– reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App, except where permitted by law;
– interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or Website.
5. Pilot Participation
Participation in pilots is voluntary and subject to a separate informed consent, which you may withdraw at any time in the App. Pilot participation is governed by that consent and our Privacy Policy.
6. Not a Medical Device
The NoxBlanc mattress and the App are not medical devices. Sleep data and metrics shown in the App are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. They do not replace medical treatment for sleep or health problems. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional with questions about your health.
7. PrivacY
Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services such as Apple Health, Health Connect, and Fitbit. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, Website, and all related content, trademarks, and software are owned by NoxBlanc AG or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
10. Availability and Changes
We provide the App and Website “as is” and “as available”. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoxBlanc AG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or where required by law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
